Rubbish customer service. Completely disinterested as soon as they have your money.

Garden is waterlogged and reported within 7 days of completion as part of snagging. Same issue as all surrounding properties. 12 months on, they are still fobbing us all off and refusing to accept there is an issue and pushing back reviews time and time again.

Wrong bedroom installed but refused to correct. All they are interested in is selling more houses and getting money in the door and then they ignore you because you aren’t any value to them anymore. Don’t buy a home from them

I could write a book on the poor customer service we have experienced & the poor quality workmanship Devonshire Homes have provided us and our neighbours. Two years on from buying a new build and our neighbours and us are still battling for them to correct the plethora of issues we have all found since moving in. They promise but don't deliver. If I could give anyone considering to buy a Devonshire Home my advice....... don't buy a home from them.

Shocking company to deal with. Many issues with the actual building of the house some so basic you wouldn’t believe. Customer service is absolutely horrific the department might not as well exist. Best of luck if you decide to buy a house from them and expect it to be right or sorted in an efficient and timely manor afterwards.
